How the Mail Club Works
Rescuing Stuffed Animals

Every month, Woodland HQ makes a 4-page mini magazine filled with stories, challenges, activities, and a letter from a rescued stuffy.
2. We Mail
Your child gets real mail—delivered in a colorful envelope—filled with screen-free fun that builds reading, imagination, and creativity.
3. They Explore
Kids dive into stories, science, art, jokes, and monthly challenges—all designed to help them grow and stay curious.
How the Mail Club Works
1. It All Begins with Research & Brainstorming at Woodland HQ!
Each month, the team gathers around our big wooden table to dream up a brand-new adventure. We start by choosing a real-world location, from the Kenya savannah to the Arctic tundra to the forests of Japan.
Once the place is picked, the team votes on the perfect Spotlight Animal or rescued stuffy that fits the theme.
This is where the magic begins.

🧸 Barley — Chief of Stuff
Barley leads the entire creative mission. He picks the monthly location and Spotlight Animal, making sure every fact is fun, fascinating, and kid-friendly.
🐱 Milo — Director of Doodles & Design
Milo brings the visuals to life. He creates the coloring pages, activity art, themed illustrations, and all the doodles that make each issue feel warm and playful.
🐰 Clover — Chief of Engineering & Curiosity
Clover handles the STEM side of things. She investigates science ideas and builds hands-on experiments that use everyday items so kids can explore, test, and discover.
🐻 Blossom — Head of Imagination Operations
Blossom takes creativity to the next level. She writes the imaginative story, invents the drawing and writing prompts, and helps kids stretch their creative muscles.
🦖 Wrexly — Adventure & Field Operations Manager
Wrexly designs the physical challenges—movement missions, outdoor prompts, and adventurous tasks that get kids exploring the world around them.
🦆 Waddles — Senior Manager of Giggles & Surprises
Waddles handles the fun stuff: jokes, riddles, silly challenges, and the surprise collectible that gets tucked into every envelope.
Together, this team builds the 4-page monthly mini magazine—mixing learning, creativity, movement, science, and laughter.
At the end of each month, Woodland HQ sends out the new issue straight to your child’s mailbox.
